Does the VIP system track purchases made before the implementation? For example, if I buy the Legion Starter Pack and the VIP system is introduced a month later, will I be at VIP level 1 or do I start at 0?

Everyone started with 0, I asked some players when it applied.

what is this rapid battle system, i see it on Global but it’s not implemented yet

Rapid battle is the speed up function for repeat battles, like the speed up function for replays.
