She has two dialoge options: First inscriping an item, second enchant inscription (only for legend and myth items).
Item Inscriping
I think I don’t have to explain much. For inscriptions see here.
First tab shows your items in your inventory, second you can chose a hero and have access to the item he wears (in this case legend and myth items aren’t shown cause you can’t inscripe them). There is also a drop down menu to switch between your main team and standby.
If you chose the yellow circle you will use also Rune Essence for inscriping. If the inscription fails in this case your old inscription will be raised by max 2 levels.
Inscription Enchanting
You can enchant only the passive inscriptions of legendary and mythical items. In order to do so you need Gold, Runestones and Rune Powder. You can gain Rune Powder by extracting legendary and mythical items, the extracting button replaces the sell button for those items. The amount you get is random within an defined area depending on the grade of the extracted item.
In the right window you see the current legend/myth items you can use (they have to be in your inventory).
In the left window after chosing an item you will see the necessary amounts of items and the success chance.
Only the passive inscription can be enchanted, there is no chosing. The rest just looks like inscriping (except you can’t undo anything).
NOTE: Inscriptions can be enchanted to max level 30.
From inscription lvl 10 a failed enchant can reduce inscription level.
From inscription lvl 15 a failed enchant can damage the item. It can be repaired by Dennis in Nottingham (not the Guild Hideout Dennis).
If you want to enchant an lvl 10 inscription or higher it is possible to use Rune Essence to protect it from dropping inscription level or getting damaged if the enchant fails. The possibility to activate this protection will be shown next to the success chance. If you click the enchant button there will also appear a note which points it and asked if you really want to continue or not.

You can sale Tickets and Equipment (20 and higher, only 20 D Grade and lower can’t be sold). For Tickets you get Hero Points (yellow circle) and Equipment Points (blue circle).
Just mark the things you want to sell. It’s only possible to mark 10 at once, then you have to click the sell button.
The points I circled pink are the points you will get by selling. The points you see next to the gear pieces is the price for one. Thats only important if you want to sell tickets, cause the tickets are shown stacked, but their retail price is shown as price for one.
Buy
Time for shopping.
First tab you can buy Rubies and Sapphires. Only possible if you main character is lvl 50 or higher. They can be bought with hero points. The amount is limited per day and depends on your level.
Let’s have a look at the second tab.

Robin (Guild Exclusive NPC)
Robin is shown in the NPC list in main menu, but cause he is standing in your guild hideout it shouldn’t be able to get to him without being in a guild which owns a hideout. Would also be pointless if you are not in a guild cause you need solidarity insignias to buy something. You get them only by guild battle.
There is a (I guess weekly) limit for heart fragments and the lvl 50 book of heroes. Heart frags are limited to 10.000 and books to 50. Rest doesn’t have a limit.
You need solidarity insignias by guild battle in order to buy something.
