Getting a Guild Hideout

A guild leader or officer can purchase a Guild Hideout for their guild when they have 5000 guild funds or more.
Guild funds increases with guild activities, that includes tower party play, orichalcum mine war and chaos abyss.

Level the Hideout

To level the Hideout just do guild activities and donations (see Hideout information window below). To level up you need the exp bar to be full (the + will blink) and a certain amount of guild funds have to be paid. So if you can level up click the + and in the appearing window you see the amount of guild funds you have to pay. The window itself asks you if you want to pay x guild funds to level up. Guild funds and Hideout exp are not the same!
Only Officers and higher can enchance the Hideout.

The 2 red buttons on the left side are for guild hideout information (“i”-button) and leaving hideout.
NOTE: In Hideout the gate and the leave button teleport you to Nottingham. If you log out in Hideout your next login will be in Nottingham.

You can also hire NPCs with a lower level as your current max hideout level.

NPCs

NOTE: There are two types of NPCs – General Merchants and Rare Merchants. They stay for a specific time, but you can also dismiss them any time you want.

General Merchants

  • According to the NPC’s level the employment cost and bonus of each NPC will vary.
  • You can select only NPC levels the same as your guild hideout or lower. That means if you have hideout level 5 you can select lvl 1 to 5 of a NPC.

Rare Merchants

  • Can’t be hired. They visit your hideout randomly.
  • The chance of a visit increases with your hideout level.
  • If you don’t have a place for another NPC to hire they can’t visit.

1. NPC Merchante (rare merchant)
Still not sure how it’s meant. He’s selling things inexpensiv, but there is a note “with hearts”. “Normal” Merchante don’t have anything which is purchased with hearts. I will update this if I catch him in future.
He sales his goods to all guild members to the same conditions (?).
When he visits he will stay for an hour.

2. NPC Dennis (reinforcement NPC)
You can hire him through “visit request” as a general merchant. Depending on the level you hired him his success chance varys (lvl 1 -> 1% higher chance for succes, lvl 2 -> 2% ………… max lvl 10 -> 10%). He stays for one week.

3. NPC Brook (refit NPC)
Same as Dennis. Chance for refit success increases, same rates, same stay time.

4. NPC Rita (inscription NPC)
Again, just the same, inscription success rate increases and so on.

5. NPC Mimi (egg hatching NPC)
Yeah… it’s a duck. Really, no joke. And yes – she hatches eggs.
Screenshot_2015-02-24-17-30-54Screenshot_2015-02-24-17-31-02MIMI
Hire way again via “visit request”.  Her levels you can select doesn’t depend on guild hideout level but on guild activities (the points you have). She has three dialogue options: “Egg hatching recurrence”, “Details of guild compensation” (I guess rewards) and “Egg hatching progress”. All guild activities promote the egg hatching process.

NPC level – Guild activities needed
1 – 20000
2 – 25000
3 – 30000
4 – 35000
5 – 40000
6 – 45000
7 – 50000
8 – 55000
9 – 60000
10 – 65000

Egg Hatching Instructions:

  • You can continue to fill the bar again after you completed it already before.
  • Egg hatching-button [알 까기] -> This button is activated when the bar is full. It will start the next round. NOTE: If the bar is full every guild member can obtain an egg before moving on to next recurrence. If someone misses to take it before someone starts next round it’s gone. No way to recover it.
  • It can happen that you get a “golden egg”, it’s a special reward (normal it are “white eggs”).

Guild War

There are two kinds of Guild War. Mine Scramble is just the already known mining. It has a knew Icon now.
Icon
Guild Battle is some kind of competition with another guild.

Mine Scramble

Screenshot_2015-07-04-15-02-59
You have three Orichalcum mine levels (low, middle, high). The highest mine shown on the picture is a Diamond mine, there is only 1 Diamond mine per server.
The icon on the left side, the blue chrystal, is for special mines only available in guild battle.
For a picture of the mining overview see “Guild Battle -> Guild Transition” below.

Guild Battle

That’s a really nice addition to the game. You can’t lose anything, only win something (which depends on the rank you achive and if you win or lose). They added a tab for the guild battle ranking to the guild list tab (so now it is sorted by guild battle points (first tab) and guild points (second tab)).

Participation
From Sunday 22:00 till Thursday 06:00 Guild Master and Viceroy can participate their guild to guild battle. At Thursday 06:00 their will be chosen a registered opponent. (If your guild haven’t participated you can’t join.)
Guilds who are registered for Guild Battle are given a special effect for their name (it turns red) and receive more Orichalcum in mines.
You can see various information in the guild battle window (available via guild menu or mine scramble).
Screenshot_2015-07-04-15-00-37
1 – Unparticipate / End War
2 – Rewards and last weeks ranking
3 – Current guild battles overview
4 – Mine scamble
There are shown the general information about your guild and your enemy guild. In the mid there is shown the current score after guild transition started and the end result when it’s over.
If you click the button under your guild pic you have access to the battle replays, if you click the button under the enemy guild you will be lead to their current occupied mines (only during guild transition).
The current guild battles overview looks like this:
Screenshot_2015-07-04-15-03-49
During guild transition you can see the current scores, after the end of guild transition you can see the endscores and also written “victory” next to the guilds that won their battles.

Guild Transition / the actual guild battle
From Friday 22:00 till Sunday 22:00 there will be a so called “Guild Transition”. During the guild transition the exclusive guild battle mines are open. The exclusive mines include Orichalcum, Runestones, Nectar, Heartfragments and Diamonds. [see mine scramble picture above, the blue mine button on the left side, it only appears during this time if your guild has participated in guild battle] The minimum amount an unoccupied mine has is 1000, the maximum amount is 5000.
Screenshot_2015-07-04-15-03-27

The Guild Mine Overview window gives you direct access to enemy mines now.
Screenshot_2015-07-04-15-02-15
1 – Mine battle records (you don’t receive anymore mails)
2 – Search Mines (leads you to picture of mine scramble above)
3 – Guild battle overview
4 – Drop down menu (switch between this window in the picture and the current occupied enemy mines, which are only shown during guild transition)

The mine battle record looks like this:
Screenshot_2015-07-04-15-02-46
It is just some kind of an extra mail box, but much better than the old one. In the first tab you have access to unclaimed “mails”, the second tab is the archive.

If you switched via drop down menu to enemy mines it looks like this:
Screenshot_2015-07-04-15-02-28
You are able to send an expedition to occupy the enemy mines (same rules as in mine scramble). I guess this will give you more points in guild battle.

The battle point calculation seems to be based only on mines. You get continiously points every hour for your occupied mines and if you fight other occupied mines. As I said I guess you get extra points if you attack mines of your enemy guild.

Rewards and Guild Battle Ranking
You have access to the reward window via guild battle overview.
Screenshot_2015-07-06-11-29-14
On the right side you see the last guild battle ranking. On the left side you see which ranks get which reward (guild points, Solidarity Insignias and gold). The question mark above gives you the info that you get 100% of the reward of your achived rank if you win and that you will only get 50% when you lose.
The ranking points are the amount of guild battle points you achieved during guild transition (you get only half of your points if you lost too). The solidarity insignias can be traded at Robin for various things.

    • I use Google Translate. Guild funds come from your guild doing guild activities. Such as mines, chaos abyss boss, coop, etc. Are you in a guild or looking to start one?
