FYI, agi based DD’s typically wear legendary boots as it passively provides agility. (low active inscription, high passive) so really should be legendary chest for healing inscription, and legendary boots for agi passive.
This is an own topic of the guide I haven’t done yet. And it’s not typical, you see enough endgamers with full 110 items as you see enough who use legendary items. It has all advantages and disadvantages.

where/how does one get a ring?

Monsters who drop wargod gear or higher drop nectar too. You can exchange nectar at Kamillan, the jeweler, for ring boxes (the red ones).

warlord = lvl 50 gear, I think it starts pendragon castle and tower floor 30+
